Unfortunately not. Due to the high influx of orders we are unfortunately not able to make changes to orders. Please double check your order before you check out / pay.
In short, yes. With the huge influx in orders, not just on our own online store, but overall from the Black Friday weekend, all logistics and courier companies are put under huge pressure. From our side we’re packing orders as quickly as possible and have selected couriers that have shown the best performance during previous Black Friday weekends. Please expect deliveries to take around 7-9 business days after placing your order.
Everything we have in stock is shown on our online store. If a specific design / size is not available on the online store then we are unfortunately completely out of stock in that design / size.
Unfortunately not. Our systems are set up in a way that individual orders are picked, packed and shipped as it was ordered.
Yes, but please ensure that you make us aware of the changes within 15 minutes after you’ve placed your order. Unfortunately after this, no changes can be made.
As soon as your order has left our warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking number. If for some reason you haven’t received the email, please check your spam, junk and promotions folders, alternatively, contact us on team@versussocks.com
