You can return items for a cash or in-store credit, provided:

  1. You return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Item must be unwashed, unworn, unused and all original packaging and items must be included.
  3. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or colour, the shipping costs involved will be on you.

Defective Socks:

  1. Unfortunately sometimes manufacturing defects slip through and we gladly replace these socks.
  2. If you experience any issues with your socks within 7 days of wearing them, please get in contact with us!

Steps in returning an item:

  1. Simply go to the Contact Us page.
  2. Fill out the form.
  3. In the Message block, tell us why you would like to exchange the item (defective/size/style/colour).
  4. Submit the form.
  5. We will get back to you ASAP to resolve the problem.
