Returns Policy
You can return items for a cash or in-store credit, provided:
- You return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be unwashed, unworn, unused and all original packaging and items must be included.
- If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or colour, the shipping costs involved will be on you.
Defective Socks:
- Unfortunately sometimes manufacturing defects slip through and we gladly replace these socks.
- If you experience any issues with your socks within 7 days of wearing them, please get in contact with us!
Steps in returning an item:
- Simply go to the Contact Us page.
- Fill out the form.
- In the Message block, tell us why you would like to exchange the item (defective/size/style/colour).
- Submit the form.
- We will get back to you ASAP to resolve the problem.
